Need a dropshipping service? MBE can pick up your supplier’s shipment, repackage it, attach your labels and branding, add instructions or promo material and send it on to your customer. Your customer never has to know that the goods have never physically been with you or who your supplier is. Dropshipping is a service where the seller does not keep the goods in stock, but upon receipt of the buyer’s order, orders the goods from the supplier and ships them directly to the buyer.

Business Rules:
The provisions of these General Terms and Conditions apply to the operations of the company MBE Adriatic d.o.o., Zagreb, Puževa 11, OIB: 64386903048, as well as to all other companies providing MAIL BOXES ETC. franchise services in the territory of the Republic of Croatia under an agreement with MBE Adriatic d.o.o. Hereinafter, all such companies are collectively referred to as MBE.
MBE emphasizes that these General Terms and Conditions apply to all senders using the parcel delivery service, whether they complete the Parcel Shipping Form or use the service without filling out the form. The parcel delivery service may be a standalone service or part of a broader range of services provided by MBE to the sender. By completing the Parcel Shipping Form and/or providing written or verbal instructions and necessary information for sending the shipment, the sender gives MBE consent to handle the parcels sent to destinations within and outside the Republic of Croatia.
MBE acts as a shipment consolidator for senders, which may include receiving parcels, packaging, selecting couriers and/or carriers, handing over parcels to them, completing the waybill (and all other documents required for proper delivery), communicating delivery statuses, tracking cash on delivery, forwarding it to the sender, handling returns, and returning documents certified by the recipient. In performing the services specified in the Parcel Shipping Form or for the completed parcel delivery services, MBE uses the services of third parties registered under the Postal Services Act (NN 144/12, 153/13, and 78/15) and other applicable regulations regarding the transport of goods, parcel distribution, and postal services (hereinafter: couriers).
The sender has the right at any time to access the status of each shipment, including all information about the couriers entrusted by MBE with the delivery of each parcel. Upon request, MBE will provide this information as soon as possible through the same channel used by the sender to submit the request.
The sender may instruct MBE to select a specific courier for one or all shipments or restrict cooperation with any courier without providing a specific reason. If the sender does not specify otherwise, it is assumed that MBE is authorized to find the best method to fulfill the order. The sender is explicitly informed that MBE does not provide courier services itself, but relies on couriers to deliver shipments. This is particularly important in the event of any problem or difficulty regarding the delivery of a shipment, in which case the sender must follow the general terms of the courier services and contact the courier to file a complaint or resolve any issues.

The sender understands that MBE operates on a “best effort” basis, meaning that MBE will take all measures within its authority to ensure the sender’s requirements are fully met and on time, subject to the exceptions outlined above.
Limitation and/or Exclusion of Liability:
MBE is not a postal service provider under the Postal Services Act (NN 144/2012, 153/2013, 78/2015, 110/2019) but acts as an intermediary consolidating parcels for handover to couriers, who then perform delivery to the designated address.
MBE is responsible for receiving parcels from the sender and forwarding them, based on the information provided in the Parcel Shipping Form or to its employees, to the designated courier or postal service provider. As an intermediary, MBE excludes liability for any damage or loss arising from errors or failures in the courier or postal service delivery process.
MBE, as an intermediary, is not responsible for any loss or damage to the sender’s parcels after handover to the courier tasked with delivery. In the event of loss, damage, or any other issue caused by the courier, the sender must contact the courier directly to resolve the issue.
Privacy Policy:
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the sender is considered the data subject, and MBE is the data controller with respect to personal data processed on behalf of and under instructions from the sender. For the execution of agreed services, the data controller may process personal data by:

Deleting personal data
The data controller shares personal data from the Parcel Shipping Form or other sender-provided data with contracted couriers solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed service, to which the sender consents. Applicability:
These General Terms and Conditions apply from May 26, 2021. MBE reserves the right to amend these terms. The updated terms also apply to contractual relationships initiated before the changes, unless the client notifies MBE in writing within 15 days of publication that they do not accept the amendments. If the client submits a notice of non-acceptance, MBE has the right to terminate the existing contract by notifying the client.
Mail Boxes Etc./MBE centers operate through independent franchisees under the MBE brand. Through its franchise network, Mail Boxes Etc. provides support services for businesses and individuals. Logistics and shipping services are MBE’s core offerings—facilitated through agreements MBE makes for the benefit of its franchisees with major domestic and international express couriers—along with other graphic and printing services, provided either directly or through agreements with large printing centers. Promotion of services to business and private customers is carried out as part of the business activities of each MBE franchise partner, both inside and outside MBE centers ("farming"). Each franchise partner is contractually obligated to perform such activities.
