The website www.mbe.hr is owned by MBE Adriatic d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as MBE). MBE provides access to the services and content of the website www.mbe.hr, which is governed by these payment and delivery terms.
Customers can pay for products ordered through our website using the following methods:
Credit card, either in a single payment or in installments
PayPal
E-banking / bank transfer (transactional payment)

An order is considered received:
When paying by credit card or via PayPal – at the moment www.mbe.hr receives confirmation of the customer’s credit card pre-authorization or PayPal confirmation for the order amount
When paying via e-banking (transactional / bank transfer) – at the moment www.mbe.hr receives the order electronically
Once the order is received, MBE will notify the customer by email that the order has been successfully placed.
If the customer does not receive this notification, it is suggested to check:
Whether the message is in the Junk/Spam folder
Whether the mailbox is full
Whether the items are still in the shopping cart after logging in to www.mbe.hr; if not, the customer should repeat the ordering process
Once the product is packed at the warehouse, MBE will notify the customer by email that the product has been shipped to the specified delivery address.
After completing an order with bank/transactional payment, we will send you a proforma invoice by email. The specified amount can be paid at a bank or post office counter, or via online banking. The proforma invoice is valid for 3 business days, after which the order is automatically canceled.
Ordered items according to the specified details will only be produced upon receipt of your payment.
When paying by credit card, the contract is considered concluded at the moment MBE receives confirmation of the customer’s card pre-authorization for the order amount, after which MBE produces the item according to the ordered specification.
The card payment system is not integrated on www.mbe.hr. Instead, the system automatically redirects you to the secure, authorized CORVUS PAY pages, which handle the card payment authorization. After selecting “Credit Card” and completing the order, fields for entering card information will appear. Card and cardholder data are not stored on our servers and are not visible to us.
Your card is not charged immediately but only when the order is shipped. This allows the possibility of exchanging an item if a product is unavailable.
If your card offers installment payments, select the number of installments. Costs will be calculated according to your choice, and your card will be charged monthly according to the number of selected installments — with no interest.
The purchase is completed upon successful card authorization. If the system fails to authorize the card, please choose an alternative payment method. We do not have information on the reasons for a card being declined, which may be technical or business-related.
If you choose to pay via the PayPal online service, your order will be redirected to the PayPal.com website. A valid PayPal account is required for this payment method. For more information about this service, visit www.paypal.com. The main advantage of this payment method is the buyer protection PayPal provides to its users.
PayPal users will be guided to the PayPal site, where they can complete their order in the usual way. After entering all required information, click the confirmation button to receive a successful order confirmation via email, or a message indicating that the information was entered incorrectly, in which case you should check the details and repeat the final step.
Currently, the PayPal service does not accept payments in Croatian kunas. Therefore, the purchase amount for PayPal payments will be converted and charged in Euros. Please note that during the actual credit card payment in kunas via PayPal, significant exchange rate differences may occur. MBE d.o.o. is not responsible for, nor does it cover, any currency conversion fees charged by PayPal to its users.
The invoice for your order is included in the shipment along with the purchased product.
Delivery Area
We deliver goods throughout the Republic of Croatia. Deliveries of ordered packages are carried out by MBE Adriatic d.o.o.’s delivery service through authorized couriers.
The cost of delivery within Croatia is 40.00 HRK, including VAT. Local pickup is also available free of charge at the specified branches.
Delivery Time
Upon receiving an order, the production time for items according to the specification is usually 3 to 5 business days, after which the ordered product is handed over for shipment to the customer. The total delivery time to the customer is typically 5 to 7 business days.
Once the product has been shipped, we will send you an email with contact information to inquire about the current status of your package. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the speed of delivery or any issues that may arise during shipping.
For each shipment, the recipient verifies and signs the delivery note upon receipt. According to the provisions of the Obligations Act, signing the delivery note by the recipient confirms that the package was received in undamaged condition, and the delivery service is released from any subsequent liability.
If the recipient is not present at the given address or the address is unknown, the delivery service will attempt to contact the recipient to arrange a suitable delivery time or an alternative address. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to the www.mbe.hr warehouse.
We are committed to delivering your order promptly, provided that your information has been completed accurately and truthfully.
For islands served by our delivery service, products will be delivered according to a special schedule, which you will be informed about. For all other islands not covered by our delivery service, products will be shipped via HP (Croatian Post).
