Digital or offset printing, large or very small format, printing on paper, foil, canvas, sheets or covers – no problem. Each MBE centre has a large volume of printing capacity within the centre space itself. But if your printing requirements are of such a scope that they cannot be produced locally, your nearby MBE Centre will forward your request to our MBE Print Centre. Here, we have more printers of all sizes and capacities and can print on various materials.
Your print request will be completed as soon as possible and the final product will be sent either directly to you or to your local MBE Centre, who will arrange for delivery or invite you to collect.
The MBE Print Centre is a one-stop-shop print shop where we have a vast array of different printers and can handle far more complex print requests at high volumes.
The MBE Print Centre is run by our leading print specialists. They are specially trained to get the most out of the equipment we have and provide you with a superior printing service. Our Konica Minolta production printers along with different finishes will make your catalogues, posters or leaflets really stand out from the crowd. Our Mimaki UV roll-to-roll printers will ensure reliable and durable large-format printing – whether it’s roll-up banners, stickers for your store windows or large posters that you need.
We can further process everything according to your ideas and wishes, whether this includes some special techniques or simple laminating. At the MBE Print Centre, we print everything you could possibly need and on all hard surfaces. Everything is cut to size and send to your address. The printing services provided by individual MBE Centres combine well with our other services. MBE can print labels, stick them on to your products, pack them in original shipping boxes or create new ones with your information and logo and send everything to your customer. Why have a special supplier for print, a special supplier for boxes, arrange for workers to waste time sticking labels on packaging and then arrange for separate delivery with a carrier?

Subject and Scope of the General Terms and Conditions
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “Terms”) apply to the operations of MBE Adriatic d.o.o., Zagreb, Puževa 11, VAT ID: 64386903048, as well as all other companies providing MAIL BOXES ETC. franchise services in the Republic of Croatia under an agreement with MBE Adriatic d.o.o. Hereinafter, all these companies are collectively referred to as MBE. These Terms regulate the relationship between MBE as the service provider and the client ordering graphic design and printing services (hereinafter: “Client”).
1.2. These Terms apply to printing services and graphic design services (hereinafter collectively: “Services”).
1.3. These Terms apply to all business and contractual relations between MBE and the Client for the delivery of printing and graphic design services. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific written agreement between MBE and the Client, the specific written agreement shall take precedence.
Contracting Services
2.1. The Client may be a legally capable individual or a legal entity.
2.2. The Client may order services in various ways: in person at an MBE center, by phone, or via email. Typically, MBE will respond with a written offer specifying the Service, price, delivery time, offer validity, and other cooperation details. The contractual relationship is established once the Client pays the amount in the offer and/or confirms acceptance of the offer. However, a written offer is not a prerequisite, as cooperation can also be agreed verbally or via email or phone. In all cases, these Terms apply to the agreed elements of cooperation.
Types of Services
3.1. Printing services may include digital and offset printing on paper, foil, canvas, or board, as well as printing catalogs, brochures, business cards, flyers, window stickers, large posters, and other printing services offered by MBE.
3.2. Graphic design services refer to situations where the Client discusses the design concept directly with an MBE designer or provides instructions in written communication for the designer to create the design.
Printing Services
4.1. The Client must provide MBE with print-ready files in a digital format specified by MBE. If the files are incorrect or unsuitable, MBE will notify the Client and allow time for corrections. If corrections are not made within the deadline, MBE is no longer bound by the agreed work. Any additional work required to correct errors will be agreed upon separately with the Client. Approval of the final version for printing excludes MBE’s liability for technical or content errors. Delivery times are extended to account for corrections.
4.2. MBE is not responsible for verifying that the Client holds copyright or other rights for submitted materials. By entering into a contract, the Client guarantees they have all necessary rights and authorizations to reproduce, print, edit, and use all materials provided.
4.3. Color reproduction on screens and final products may differ due to technological limitations. MBE is not liable for color differences between the Client’s screen and the final product. Deviations allowed by graphic standards do not constitute defects.
4.4. The Client must inspect products upon receipt and report defects immediately in writing. Failure to do so may result in loss of related rights. Defects discovered after delivery must be reported promptly in writing. MBE is not liable for defects found more than 8 days after delivery.
4.5. In the case of justified complaints, MBE may remedy defects or provide a defect-free product. If this is not possible within a reasonable time or would incur significant costs, the Client may request a price reduction. Complaints do not entitle the Client to withhold payment for the entire order, only for the part related to the complaint.
4.6. MBE is not obliged to archive, store, or return materials provided for printing and will destroy them within 30 days of job completion and payment. Corrected materials provided for approval will remain with the Client.
Graphic Design Services
5.1. The Client must provide MBE with ideas and requirements for the requested design. MBE will usually provide a proposal specifying actions, price, and delivery time.
5.2. The Client is responsible for any copyright or related rights violations resulting from the use of materials provided for the design.
5.3. MBE will provide the design for final approval. The Client must approve the design within the timeframe set by MBE; otherwise, it is deemed approved. Requests for corrections must be feasible and not deviate significantly from the original agreement. Excessive or unreasonable requests may incur additional charges or be rejected.
5.4. MBE will deliver the design concept for the Client’s use only after full payment.
Delivery Deadlines
6.1. Delivery deadlines are specified in the offer, email correspondence, or verbal agreement.
6.2. Deadlines begin when MBE receives necessary materials or the final design request. If payment is required in advance, deadlines begin upon receipt of payment.
6.3. Timely delivery depends on the Client fulfilling obligations, including providing corrected materials. Delays due to the Client allow MBE to extend deadlines appropriately.
6.4. Additional Client requests after agreement may extend the delivery deadline at MBE’s discretion.
6.5. Force majeure events suspend deadlines. In case of contract termination due to force majeure, MBE may claim payment for services rendered. The Client cannot claim damages.
6.6. The Client must promptly collect products at the designated location. Delay in collection shifts risk to the Client and may incur storage fees. If the product is not collected after notice, MBE may sell it to cover costs, forwarding any surplus to the Client.
Price and Payment
7.1. Prices in the offer or initially agreed apply to the originally agreed services.
7.2. Prices usually exclude delivery, transport, packaging, or other costs unless explicitly stated. Additional costs are invoiced separately.
7.3. Additional requests not originally agreed may incur extra charges.
7.4. The Client must pay within the timeframe specified by MBE.
Liability for Damage
8.1. MBE is not liable for damages due to defects, delays, or other causes, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence. Liability is limited to the value of the order. MBE is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, use, or transport by the Client or their agents.
Duration and Termination
9.1. Contracts are generally for a fixed term until service completion.
9.2. MBE may terminate the contract in case of Client breach without refunding prepayments if:
The Client fails to provide necessary documentation or information, causing delays;
The Client delays payment;
Bankruptcy or similar proceedings are initiated against the Client;
The Client breaches contractual obligations causing potential damage;
The Client takes actions harming MBE or its reputation.
9.3. Notices of termination must be sent in a verifiable manner.
Personal Data Processing
10.1. MBE will request only the personal data necessary to provide the agreed service.
10.2. For details on personal data processing, the Client may contact MBE via the contact information on www.mbe.hr, which also contains the Privacy Statement.
Dispute Resolution
11.1. MBE and the Client will attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If unsuccessful, the competent court in Zagreb will have jurisdiction, applying Croatian substantive law.
Final Provisions
12.1. These Terms apply from 26.05.2021.
12.2. MBE reserves the right to amend the Terms. They will also apply to existing contracts unless the Client objects in writing within 15 days of publication. If the Client objects, MBE may terminate the existing contract by notice.

Logistics and shipping services are MBE’s core offerings—facilitated through agreements MBE makes for the benefit of its franchisees with major domestic and international express couriers—along with other graphic and printing services, provided either directly or through agreements with large printing centers. Promotion of services to business and private customers is carried out as part of the business activities of each MBE franchise partner, both inside and outside MBE centers ("farming"). Each franchise partner is contractually obligated to perform such activities.
