WEB SHOP integration
We integrate with your web shop (Magento, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopify, etc.) or with your ERP system, depending on your needs.
Goods collection
If needed, we can pick up your goods anywhere in the world and deliver them to an MBE warehouse, whether they are parcels or pallets.
Goods storage
We receive goods arriving at the MBE warehouse, performing checks on items and quantities using modern information systems and scanners to ensure everything is properly recorded. Through the MBE portal, you can monitor your warehouse inventory 24/7.
Picking and packing
Using scanners for order picking, we process your web shop orders and prepare items for packing, shipping, and delivery to end customers. As the store owner, you can track the real-time status of every order through your dedicated MBE portal.
Shipping and delivery
Safely packed orders are shipped using your choice of Economy or Express delivery, either across Croatia or to any of 190 countries worldwide. Delivery includes end-to-end service to the customer at the highest standards, with real-time tracking of the shipment’s status and location available through the MBE portal.
Tracking and returns
By tracking shipments in real time through the MBE app, we ensure your order reaches your customer quickly and safely. In the event of a return, we collect the goods and restore them to your warehouse inventory.

DELIVERY, TRACKING AND RETURNS

Yes. We offer same-day shipping for orders received before our cut-off time. Our efficient order processing systems ensure that your customers receive their shipments quickly, improving the shopping experience.
If your order has not yet been shipped, it is possible to change the address. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible with the new information.
Yes. After we ship your order, the system sends a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number.
The processing status of each order is visible in your user profile. You can also track the delivery on the official MBE website from the moment the package leaves the warehouse until it is picked up by the customer.
In the event of loss or damage during delivery, we assist in filing a claim with the delivery service, provided that the claim is reported within the deadline required by the relevant delivery service.
Yes. We specialize in international shipping and work with leading global carriers to ensure fast and reliable deliveries worldwide. MBE fulfillment services include customs support and shipment tracking
Our returns management services simplify the process for webshops and customers. We process returns efficiently, review returned items, and restock inventory when necessary, ensuring a seamless customer experience and accurate inventory levels.
Return status tracking and reporting are visible within your user profile.

RECEIPT OF GOODS INTO THE WAREHOUSE

Yes. Upon receipt, we check the quantities and compare them with the delivered packing list. We immediately report any discrepancies to the client. After that, the goods are recorded in the system and become available for orders.
We recommend that you send an announcement with the type of product, quantities and planned arrival date through the MBE portal, which we assign to you during the onboarding process. This enables us to prepare optimally and reduces the possibility of mistakes.
When a shipment arrives with complete documentation and in accordance with specifications, we aim to complete receipt and processing as soon as possible — typically within 24 hours, depending on load and quantity.

- Stable, legibly labeled packaging
- Pallets/boxes of appropriate dimensions
- Mandatory packing list

IT SYSTEM

Yes. We provide API integration with the most famous e‑commerce platforms (Magento, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopify, etc.) or connection with your ERP. Our IT team guides you through the entire process and answers all questions.
MBE WMS is an advanced, technology-enabled end-to-end WMS system that offers a robust, growth-oriented infrastructure and intuitive, customer-friendly portals. It enables real-time inventory and order tracking, KPIs, and reporting.

OTHER FULFILLMENT SERVICES
