Enhancing the competitiveness of MBE Adriatic d.o.o. through the implementation of advanced digital solutions
Through this project, the applicant aims to achieve the overall goal of increasing the competitiveness and resilience of MBE Adriatic by digitalizing business processes, along with specific objectives that include digitalizing six business processes, strengthening capacities for digital transformation, increasing sales revenue by 20%, expanding the number of services provided by 20%, preserving existing jobs, and hiring two new employees.
The project will be implemented through three components:
– EP1 Introduction of advanced digital solutions
– PM Project management and administration
– V Promotion and visibility
The planned activities will result in the implementation of the Odoo ERP system, through which six business processes will be digitalized.
The target groups of the project are the employees of MBE Adriatic d.o.o. and all regular, occasional, or potential users of the company’s services.
By carrying out this project, specifically through the introduction of advanced digital solutions, the applicant will develop digital business processes that will ultimately enhance the company’s competitiveness and resilience on the market. With the Odoo ERP system in place, the applicant will be able to provide clients with significantly improved service quality, thanks to accurate and up-to-date information on orders and stock movements. Order processing and deliveries will become much simpler, faster, and more precise. Significant time savings will be achieved in communication between employees and clients, while onboarding new clients will no longer pose a challenge, as their orders can be seamlessly integrated into the system.
Digitalizing logistics, procurement, sales, human resource and risk management, and strategic planning will allow the applicant to operate far more efficiently, saving both time and money. In the long run, this will enable the applicant to offer more services at a faster and more efficient rate, leading to increased sales revenue and the creation of new jobs. Streamlined operations, satisfied employees, and satisfied clients are the hallmarks of a competitive company.

The total value of the project is EUR 27,050.00, of which the EU co-finances EUR 12,000.00.
