In the event of a complaint, damage during delivery, data transfer errors, or any other defect, please contact us within two business days of receiving the shipment. The customer must submit a complaint by email to mbe@mbe.hr or in writing within the legal period of 14 days to the following address: MBE Adriatic d.o.o., Puževa 11, 10 000 Zagreb.
A user is entitled to file a complaint if:
the product was not delivered according to the order instructions
the delivered product does not meet the required standards
the product was damaged during delivery
Upon receiving the product, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the order. The customer must compare the items received with the invoice. If anything is missing, it must be reported immediately, as complaints submitted later will not be accepted.
All reported issues will be resolved in consultation with the customer or the recipient of the product as quickly as possible.
